Furthermore, the OSCE is promoting the implementation of the SEA Protocol in Central Asia through the extra-budgetary project “Strengthening National and Regional Capacities and Co-operation on Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) in Central Asia, including as a response to Climate Change” (more information about the project here). This set of drawings in a cartoon style (in English, Russian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek and Turkmen languages) aims to illustrate the spirit of the Convention and its role in protecting the environment and promoting international cooperation.
