The public in the criminal procedure

The guidebook “The public in the criminal procedure”, prepared by the OSCE Mission to Skopje and the Public Prosecutors Association, provides journalists with useful tips on how to effectively report on court proceedings.
The publication gives an overview of all phases of the new criminal procedure, including the competences of all actors in the process, , exceptions to the right of the public to be present at trial hearing, the role of journalists in objective and accurate reporting of trials, and their accountability.
