Police assistance programmes

The OSCE supports projects that build the skills of police and institutions, basing them on in-depth needs assessments. Support to field operations also includes advice on how to formulate and implement new projects; support in evaluating projects for lessons learned; assessment of police-related programmes, and assistance in the search and selection of new personnel.
