OSCE Mission to Montenegro organizes joint regional meeting of border police Montenegro and Albania

A fourth regional working meeting for the joint border police patrol border guards of Albania and Montenegro, organized by the OSCE Mission to Montenegro in co-operation with the OSCE Presence in Albania, the Montenegrin Interior Ministry’s Border Police and the Border and Migration Police of the Republic of Albania, took place on 11 December 2017 in Kolašin, Montenegro.

OSCE trains Mongolian border officers on detecting forged travel documents

A one-week advanced train-the-trainer course on profiling, interviewing techniques and skills to detect forged documents for 15 Mongolian law enforcement officers, organized by the Border Security and Management Unit of the OSCE’s Transnational Threats Department (TNTD/BSMU), took place from 20 to 24 November 2017 in Ulaanbaatar.
OSCE works with Tajik border officials to enhance awareness of ethics and professional behaviour standards

A series of three-day workshops organized by the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe on professional behaviour at border crossing points for a total of 48 officers from Tajikistan’s Border Troops, the Interior Ministry and Customs Service were held in Dushanbe (24-26 October 2017), Khujand (8-10 November 2017) and Kulyab (14-16 November 2017).
