On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act, the founding document of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Malta is holding a commemorative event about the long-standing engagement between the OSCE and the Mediterranean.
The event will feature high-level governmental representatives as well as prominent speakers from academia and civil society. The goal is to review the achievements of the OSCE-Mediterranean Partnership and discuss priorities and approaches for the future.
