Report of the Meeting of experts representing the Participating States of the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe, foreseen by the Concluding Document of the Madrid meeting, to prepare the “Cultural Forum”

The meeting of experts representing the participating States took place in Budapest, at the invitation of the Government of Hungary, from 21 November to 4 December 1984, in order to prepare the “Cultural Forum”. This preparatory meeting of experts took reached conclusions and drawn up recommendations concerning the agenda, the organizational framework and other modalities of the “Cultural Forum”.
