Electoral reform through the eyes of the public

Analytical report based on the results of a public discussion of the electoral law reform in October – November 2011. Over 1,500 of experts, scientists, journalists, representatives of civil society, political parties and government authorities participated in discussions, expert interviews and focus groups held in all regions of Ukraine by the Consortium of Non-Governmental Organizations composed of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine, the Civil Network OPORA, the Agency for Legislative Initiative and the Ukrainian Centre for Independent Political Research. Not available in English.
