These handout materials were produced for distribution at the series of seminars for judges of Ukrainian administrative courts on application of practice of European Court of Human Rights in national justice. The events were organized by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, EU Twinning Project “Improving efficiency and quality of management of administrative justice of Ukraine”, High Administrative Court of Ukraine and Natuional School of Judges.
