SKOPJE 7 July 2003
SKOPJE, 7 July 2003 - The OSCE Spillover Monitor Mission to Skopje is hosting a conference for young leaders in Ohrid from 7 to 9 July.
The event brings together 22 participants from each of four OSCE-organized youth leadership conferences that focused on student leaders from Ohrid/Struga, Kumanovo/Lipkovo, Skopje and Tetovo.
Topics at this seminar include project management and high-level instruction in communications, conflict resolution and leadership skills. The students will have a chance to expand their contacts beyond their own communities.
The Nansen Dialogue Center and OSCE trainers will instruct the students through a variety of interactive and participatory teaching methods. The event, which takes place at the Millenium Hotel in Ohrid, is funded by a grant from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
