Gaining a Digital Edge: Freedom of Expression

A regional conference jointly organized by the OSCE Mission to Serbia, the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Central European University's School of Public Policies, and the SHARE Foundation was held from 16 to 18 October 2015 in Belgrade. This event was a follow-up to two previous conferences held in Kotor, Montenegro and Budapest, Hungary - where the informal #newmednet group was formed.
