Regional conference on the freedom of expression and self-regulation on the internet: Internet Freedom – Moving Forward. Kotor, Montenegro, 25-26 October 2013. The conference was organized by the OSCE Mission to Serbia in partnership with the SHARE foundation and the Embassy of the Netherlands and with the assistance of the OSCE Missions from the region and the office of RFOM.
