10 Years of OSCE Cyber/ICT Security Confidence-Building Measures
This publication celebrates the tenth anniversary of OSCE cyber/ICT security confidence-building measures. It serves as a collection of OSCE experience in the development and implementation of such measures, presenting examples of good practice and key outcomes. It details efforts undertaken across the OSCE area, as well highlights key examples of the OSCE Secretariat’s work in this domain.
