Intolerance against Muslims in any form — be it violence, discrimination, harassment or online abuse — has a detrimental effect on the lives of Muslim individuals and communities. This Guide is designed to aid governments in their actions on preventing and combating hate crimes including by an analysis of security risks and the necessary actions required, with the aim of improving the capacity of the police and other institutions to meet the security needs of Muslim communities and individuals. It also touches on select topics, such as the underreporting and under-recording of hate crimes against Muslims. In addition, the Guide sets out practical steps that governments can take to address issues of security for Muslim communities, which work in tandem with the efforts within these same communities.

The OSCE Mission to Serbia’s Work With and For Youth: A Compendium of Inclusive Practices from the Field.

Toolkit for police officers on the methodology of working with potential offenders and preventing acts of violence to protect the rights of victims of domestic violence. Undertaken by the OSCE Project Co-Ordinator in Uzbekistan in co-operation with the Oila Centre of applied research under the Ministry of Support to Mahalla and Family, in the framework of project 'Crime Prevention in the Family.' This report presents the preliminary evaluation of the supplier portfolio of one of the OSCE Missions and provides recommendations for managing risks of Trafficking of Human Beings (THB) in supply chains.

The objective of the Compendium of Resources is to take stock of the existing legislation, policies, guidelines, recommendations, reports, studies, and other types of initiatives developed to better understand and respond to the global problem of trafficking in human beings through its prevention in supply chains. The resources included in the Compendium do not represent by any means an exhaustive list and are only intended to illustrate the initiatives identified by the OSCE Office of the Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings during the development of this project. The Compendium is intended for the use by government officials involved in policy making, as well as businesses and other stakeholders interested to learn from current practices in order to further enhance their own measures on ethical sourcing and the prevention of human trafficking in supply chains.

The document includes clarifications and recommendations for the use of the Guide and offers an optimized amount of indicators for regular monitoring and analysis of situation by local communities.

The report presents findings on the pilot implementation of the Methodology Guide in five communities of Donetsk (Soledar), Luhansk (Lysychansk) and Kherson (Novooleksiyivka, Kalanchak, Kherson) oblasts.
