Legal Analysis of proposed amendments to the “Law on Free Access to Information of Public Character"
The Republic of North Macedonia has had an access to information law in force since 2006, with a series of subsequent amendments. This analysis is of the amendments proposed in the "Draft Law amending and supplementing the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Character."
