The OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek is committed to promoting the implementation of the recently ratified Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Kyrgyzstan and in 2018 helped publish the first ever Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Braille script and transferred it to the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda of the host State.
