Strengthening the capacity of Kazakhstan to counter terrorist financing was the aim of a two-day train-the-trainers course held at the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna on 22 and 23 July 2019. OSCE trains local government representatives, teachers and parents in Tajikistan on preventing violent extremism among youth
