The OSCE Border Management Staff College (BMSC) concluded its 31st Staff Course on 18 March 2022 in a face-to-face format in Dushanbe.

Gender mainstreaming in politics and legislation and best practices in reviewing legislation for gender sensitivity were the topics of a two-day advanced workshop that ended on 16 February 2022 in Dushanbe. The OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) co-organized the event.

A four-day training workshop on issues related to the strategic trade control in Tajikistan, organized by the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe, concluded on 23 December 2021.

Seventeen directors from the OSCE-supported Women’s Resource Centres (WRCs), of which twelve are women, learned how to successfully manage projects and raise funds to ensure sustainability in their WRCs at a training course in Dushanbe. The OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe organized the course, which took place from 13 to 17 December 2021.

The OSCE Border Management Staff College (BMSC) concluded its 30th Staff Course, held in a blended format, on 10 December 2021 with the physical presence of the majority of participants in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

The OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe organized a roundtable discussion on the analysis of strategic documents concerning the media sector in Tajikistan. The discussion was organized jointly with Public Organization Khoma and took place in Dushanbe on 2 December 2021.

A five-day OSCE-supported study visit to Moscow for participants from Tajikistan on disaster prevention and management system concluded on 19 November 2021.
