Address by Dr. Kathrin Meyer, Secretary General of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, on the Occasion of the Commemoration of International Holocaust Remembrance Day (Germany, Annex 1). Russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine and illegal occupation of Crimea. Deteriorating situation in Ukraine and continued non-implementation by the Ukrainian authorities of the Minsk agreements. Aggression of Azerbaijan against Artsakh and Armenia with the direct involvement of Turkey and foreign terrorist fighters (Armenia, Annex 2). Constitutional referendum in Belarus, to be held in February 2022. Outcome of the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan held on 28 November 2021.
