The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1258 on the recommendation to appoint the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1259 on the recommendation to appoint the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1260 on the recommendation on the appointment of the Director of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1261 on the recommendation to appoint the OSCE Secretary General.
