The Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Araz Azimov, addressed representatives of the 56 OSCE participating States at a Permanent Council meeting in Vienna on 25 October 2012. Azimov outlined his country’s perspectives on security in the region and on the role of the OSCE.
