Tajikistan Foreign Minister to address OSCE Permanent Council

VIENNA, 13 October 1999 -- The Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Talbak Nazarov, will on Thursday address the Permanent Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.

For accreditation, please bring either your OSCE badge or a press identification card. Parking is available for press on Thursday from 9:30 - 12:00 in the OSCE-reserved parking area for those with clearly marked "Presse" signs.
