OSCE PA President condemns 'inhuman' Paris attacks
COPENHAGEN, 14 November 2015 – OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President Ilkka Kanerva (MP, Finland) today issued the following statement on the 13 November terror attacks in Paris:
“The attacks that struck Paris last night were not just vile and heinous. They were inhuman. Their epicenter was the French capital, but they were an assault on the entire civilized world and its values. I am sure that France’s partners within the OSCE and its Parliamentary Assembly will work together and stand together unwaveringly in fighting back the modern plague of terror that we are all facing. Democratic, inclusive societies will not be broken. On behalf of the Assembly, I express my profound condolences to the victims, the loved ones of those killed and injured, and the people and government of France.”
