Human Dimension Seminar
Constitutional courts play a key role in upholding the rule of law. They are charged with judicial review of acts of the executive and the legislature to ensure their compliance with the state's supreme law - the constitution.
This seminar will give participants an opportunity to discuss the role and impact of constitutional courts on the democratic development of OSCE participating States and to highlight current challenges. It is expected that the seminar will attract current and former constitutional judges, academic experts, officials, and representatives of relevant non-governmental organizations.
