Polish torture prevention monitors participate in a training event on monitoring and documenting the use of weapons and restraints, organized by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the Omega Research Foundation and the University of Exeter and supported by the Economic and Social Research Council of the United Kingdom.
