The aims of the Seminar are to exchange experiences, to identify good practices and to make recommendations with a view to improving the effectiveness of co-operation and, therefore, to enhance support for OSCE participating States by OSCE structures in the implementation of OSCE human dimension commitments.
Recommendations may be addressed to participating States, the OSCE at large, OSCE institutions, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, OSCE field operations, other inter-governmental organizations, as well as civil society actors in OSCE participating States.
The meeting will be interpreted into the six official OSCE languages: English, Italian, French, German, Russian and Spanish.
