EvalNews Edition 10 - Evaluation Network Meeting Tirana 2019
This edition of OSCEval News is dedicated to the OSCE’s 2019 Evaluation Network Annual Meeting, held in October of that year in Tirana, Albania.
The meeting was hosted by the OSCE Presence in Albania, and organized in cooperation with OIO. It brought together over 30 members of the Evaluation Network and a few other participants.
