This edition of OSCEval News is dedicated to the Synthesis Report on the Evaluation of Capacity Development and Learning in the OSCE.
The purpose of this thematic evaluation was to help the Organization increase the effectiveness of its activities in support of capacity development and learning of staff and counterparts.
