OSCE Mission helps former military staff in transition to civilian life

This short film explores an ongoing OSCE Mission to Moldova project on helping former military staff in the transition to civilian life. Courses have been held in Chisinau, Cahul and Ungheni, to give retraining and advice to former members of the National Army, the Carabinieri and the Border Guard Service.
