The Criminal Offence Of Domestic Violence In Judicial Practice - New Trends and Challenges
The publication is a result of scientific research conducted with the aim of understanding changes in the phenomenology of the criminal offence of domestic violence, recording the key challenges in the functioning of the mechanism of criminal justice protection against domestic violence, establishing the degree of its effectiveness and efficiency, and identifying changes and current trends based on the comparison with the results of previous research. The research results presented in this monograph provide an overview of the situation and allow for the monitoring of future changes in the work of judicial authorities in the context of the new Law on Prevention of Domestic Violence, which was adopted in late 2016.
