The Final Act of the Conference of the States Parties to the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe
States Parties to the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe have adopted this Final Act at the time of signature of the Agreement on Adaptation, on 19 November 1999, during the Istanbul Summit of the OSCE.
