Kosovo Police Service School to hold a "Fun Run" on April 28

PRISTINA, 26 April 2001 - The Kosovo Police Service School and the United Arab Emirates KFOR contingent in Vushtrri/Vucitrn will host a 10-kilometre "Run for Kosovo" on Saturday, 28 April.
The run will begin at 10 a.m. at the Kosovo Police Service School. The route will take competitors through Vushtrri/Vucitrn, and then cross-country, before finishing at the school. The awards ceremony will be on the school parade grounds, officiated by the Director of the Police School and the Commander of the UAE-KFOR contingent.
Participation is open to anyone. Each person registering receives a t-shirt, refreshments, and can attend the barbecue after the run. Proceeds from the registration fee will go for the "Cops for Kids" project.
Those interested in participating can register Saturday morning, starting at 9 a.m., at the Kosovo Police Service School, or earlier by calling the Police School Community Liaison Office, tel.: 028-70155.
