Getting the message out: OSCE briefing on civil and electoral registration

PRISTINA, 8 May 2000 - Civil and voter registration is in full gear across Kosovo. But people are still uncertain as to where or why they should participate. Some are not sure where they should go; others of what documents to bring or what can be done if they have no papers.
Registration is an important event for everyone in Kosovo and for the future of the region.
As part of its effort to fully inform people about registration and its impact the OSCE invites journalists to its regular bi-weekly briefing session in which these issues to discuss.
