Financial contribution to the capacity development programme for the management of stockpiles of conventional ammunition in Serbia (Turkey, Annex 1; Serbia, Annex 2)- Implementation of the Vienna Document 2011 (Russian Federation, Annex 3). Presentation on improved security and stability through co-operation, capacity-building and reform by Mr. S. Gray, Adviser, U.K. Stabilisation Unit Security and Justice Group, and Mr. D. Clarke, Adviser, U.K. Stabilisation Unit Security and Justice Group. Forum for Security Co-operation adopted Decision No. 3/12 on the reissuing of the OSCE Document on Small Arms and Light Weapons. Forum for Security Co-operation adopted Decision No. 4/12 on the agenda, timetable and modalities for the Annual Discussion on the Implementation of the Code of Conduct on Politico-Military Aspects of Security. Fourth Ministerial Meeting of the Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Initiative, held in Istanbul on 16 June 2012 (Turkey, Annex 4). Project on the destruction of obsolete and expired ammunition in Cyprus (Cyprus, Annex 5).

Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, on behalf of the Forum, expressed condolences to Bulgaria with regard to an explosion at an ammunition depot in eastern Bulgaria on 5 June 2012. Bulgaria thanked the Chairperson for the expression of sympathy. Presentation on the democratic control over armed forces as an integral part of the OSCE Code of Conduct by Mr. E.-R. Beck (MdB), Member of the Defence Committee, German Bundestag (Ireland, Annex). Presentation on missile defence and the European Phased Adaptive Approach by Mr. F. A. Rose, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Space and Defense Policy, U.S. Department of State.
