The Forum for Security Co-operation adopted Decision No. 2/21 on the OSCE Meeting to Review the Implementation of OSCE Assistance Projects in the Field of Small Arms and Light Weapons and Stockpiles of Conventional Ammunition. Closing session: – Remarks by Ms. L. Cooper, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, United States Department of Defense; – Remarks by Mr. R.
