848th Plenary Meeting of the Forum for Security Co-operation

Security Dialogue: Multidimensional Security of the Black Sea: – Ambassador M. B. Christides, Secretary General of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Permanent International Secretariat; – Ambassador A. Coşkun, Director General for International Security Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, 2017 Chair of the Document on Confidence- and Security-Building Measures in the Naval Field in the Black Sea; – Ms. A. Inayeh, Director of the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation. Financial contributions to small arms and light weapons projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia (Germany, Annex 1; Serbia, Annex 2). Invitation to a visit to German air and military bases, also with demonstrations of new pieces of equipment and systems, to take place from 29 May to 2 June 2017 (Germany, see annex 1). Situation in and around Ukraine (Russian Federation, Annex 3).
