Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muižnieks to address Permanent Council meeting in Vienna on Thursday

VIENNA, 15 November 2017 – The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muižnieks will address a meeting of the Permanent Council on Thursday 16 November 2017.

Media representatives are invited to cover Commissioner Muižnieks’ address at 10.00 am in the Neuer Saal of the Hofburg Conference Centre (second floor).

Entry to the Hofburg Conference Centre is via Heldenplatz. Registered media representatives must bring a valid press ID in order to gain access to the conference venue.
