Voters in Bosnia and Herzegovina urged to check their polling station assignments
SARAJEVO 26 October 2000
SARAJEVO, 26 October 2000 - Voters are reminded to check which polling station they are assigned to. The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina is urging all voters registered for the November 11 general elections to make sure they know where they are supposed to go to vote on Election Day.
Two weeks ago municipal election commissions (MECs) throughout the country began distributing to all voters notification slips indicating the name and location of the polling station they are assigned to vote at on November 11. Voters who did not receive a notification slip should contact their MEC to ensure their polling station assignment is in order.
For more information, please contact OSCE Spokesperson Luke Zahner at ++387/ (0)33 292-449 or ++387/(0)66 144-311.
