OSCE organizes anti-corruption seminar in Bosnia and Herzegovina
SARAJEVO 5 October 2000
SARAJEVO, 5 October 2000 - The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina is organising an anti-corruption seminar to bring all the national organisations working on the nationwide OSCE anti-corruption campaign to the same level of understanding of the topic.
The participants will be informed about best practice examples for combating corruption, and about the anti-corruption activities of other international organizations such as the OHR Anti-Fraud Unit, the UN JSAP, the Commission for Real Property Claims (CRPC) and the US Department of Justice's Central and Eastern European Law Initiative (CEELI). In a workshop session the participants will explore the cultural aspects of corruption and develop anti-corruption strategies.
The seminar will take place on October 07 and 08, 0900 - 1730 hours at the Hotel Stella, in Neum. The media is invited to cover this event, an agenda is attached.
