This Compendium of the three recent Ministerial Council Decisions on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings is designed to highlight the individual provisions of the Decisions: MC 6/17, 7/17 and 6/18. It also suggests OSCE-produced resources for participating States to consult for guidance on implementation of the specific commitments.
