Training against Hate Crimes for Law Enforcement (TAHCLE) is a programme designed to improve police skills in recognizing, understanding and investigating hate crimes. The Green Address Book is a user-friendly manual containing contacts of institutions holding information relevant for the environmental security of communities in Vojvodina when environmental rights are violated. This database contains phone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses and web sites of institutions responsible for environmental protection at municipal, provincial and national levels. The purpose of this guide is to raise public awareness of possibilities for their active engagement in resolving environmental concerns by addressing competent institutions.
