The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) supported the organization of two panel discussions on the processing of cases related to trafficking in human beings and hate crimes.

Over the course of the past two years, the OSCE Mission has conducted twelve Tabletop Exercises (TTX) that convened more than 500 participants from diverse backgrounds across the entire country. Employing a multi-disciplinary approach, the TTXs aimed to enhance the capacities of key stakeholders in the prevention and countering of violent extremism in BiH.

The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), in co-operation with the FBiH and RS Judicial and Prosecutorial Training Centres, organized a training course on ethical standards and disciplinary practices tailored for approximately 40 newly appointed judges and prosecutors on 11 October in Sarajevo.

The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina welcomes adoption of the curriculum for the subject "Romani Language and Culture" in Tuzla Canton. This is a momentous step not only for Tuzla Canton but for Bosnia and Herzegovina as a whole, demonstrating a commitment to embracing diversity and promoting cultural understanding.

Jahorina, 24 September 2023 – From 20 to 25 September, the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Union in BiH and the Law School of the University of Sarajevo held in Jahorina the 3rd Media Law School on “The right to privacy in the digital era”.

The Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Thomas Busch, paid a three-day visit to Srebrenica, Lukavac, Lopare and Skelani. During his trip, he attended the 20th anniversary of the Srebrenica Genocide Memorial Centre, met with officials and members of the Majevica Inter Municipal Working Group and the EUFOR LOT Vlasenica, and handed over equipment for a school playground in Skelani.
