The Panel of Experts on Freedom of Religion and Belief was set up by the OSCE's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in 1997 to help protect the rights of individuals and religious groups. This factsheet outlines their main activities.
Teaching Materials to Combat anti-Semitism - Part 1: Anti-Semitism in Europe up to 1945
These teaching materials were developed by ODIHR and the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam, in co-operation with experts from several OSCE participating States. Part 1 examines the history of anti-Semitism. The version available here is an English translation of the Lithuanian version.
Combating Hate Crimes in the OSCE Region: An Overview of Statistics, Legislation, and National Initiatives

Guidelines for Review of Legislation Pertaining to Religion or Belief
These guidelines were prepared by ODIHR's Advisory Panel of Experts on Freedom of Religion or Belief in consultation with the Council of Europe's Venice Commission to assist them in their analyses of laws and draft legislation pertaining to the freedom of religion or belief. They are intended to provide an overview and suggestions for those involved in the review of such laws.
