По можливості цивільним варто уникати місць, де йшли активні бойові дії. Навіть якщо в цьому районі зараз вже тихо, територія може бути забруднена мінами, боєприпасами, що не вибухнули, або залишеними боєприпасами.
Будьте дуже обережними, якщо доводиться пересуватися в таких районах! З’ясуйте в місцевих органах влади, чи безпечно повертатися додому!
