VALLETTA/VIENNA, 31 October 2024 – The 31st Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) will take place on 5 and 6 December 2024 in Malta. Hosted at the invitation of the OSCE Chair-in-Office, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism of Malta, Ian Borg, the event will gather foreign ministers from the 57 OSCE participating States.
