Ukraine’s government adopts OSCE-supported Concept for developing E-services
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 16 November 2016 adopted a Concept for the development of E-services, which was elaborated with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine.
The Project Co-ordinator provided expert assistance in preparing the Concept over 2015 and 2016, and put it to discussion among the expert community. The document defines the priorities of state policy in this area until 2020, it outlines the principles for integrating digital solutions into the administrative workflow of state agencies, and identifies the approaches to introducing, optimizing, planning and developing E-governance solutions.
The endorsement of the Concept by the Government paves the way for accelerating the introduction of E-services in the public administration to ensure the high quality and transparency of state institutions.
The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine is also working on the practical development and introduction of E-governance solutions in the construction, land management and waste disposal areas.
