OSCE Virtual Centre for the protection of critical energy infrastructure

Affordable, reliable and sustainable energy lies in the heart of economy prosperity of our societies. A rising number of natural and manmade disasters are putting our energy networks at risk. Ensuring the safe and proper functioning of critical energy networks is a vital security concern for all OSCE participating States.

That is why the OSCE is creating a Virtual Competency and Training Centre.

The Virtual Centre is a platform for energy decision makers to work close together on technical expertise, norms, standards and political engagement to ensure, that the critical energy infrastructure remains a foundation for sustainable development.
