General Elections, 3 October 2010, Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Following an invitation from the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina and following a needs assessment mission carried out from 30 June to 2 July 2010, ODIHR deployed an election observation mission on 26 August for the 3 October general elections.

Parliamentary Elections, 2 October 2010, Latvia
- Following an invitation from Latvia's Permanent Mission to the OSCE and the recommendation of a needs assessment mission conducted on 14-16 July 2010, ODIHR deployed a limited election observation mission on 6 September to observe the parliamentary elections on 2 October.

General Elections, 19 September 2010, Sweden
- Following an invitation from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden, OSCE/ODIHR undertook a Needs Assessment Mission (NAM) to Sweden from 9 to 11 June 2010. The NAM did not recommend an election-related activity for the 19 September 2010 general elections as such an activity would not add significant value to the electoral process.

Parliamentary Elections, 18 September 2010, Afghanistan
- Following an invitation from the Afghan Independent Election Commission to support Afghanistan's election process, the OSCE Permanent Council tasked ODIHR with deploying an election support team. The team was deployed on 9 September.

Constitutional Referendum, 27 June 2010, Kyrgyzstan
- Following an invitation from Kyrgyzstan's authorities and based on the recommendation of a needs assessment mission, ODIHR deployed a referendum observation mission to observe the 27 June constitutional referendum. Due to the security environment, ODIHR decided not to deploy short-term observers. It continued to observe the process as a limited referendum observation mission.
