OSCE-supported training course for Montenegro’s parliamentary services focus on communication and presentation skills
Communication and presentation skills were the topic for the second in a series of educational training courses held for representatives of Montenegro’s Parliament from 29 to 30 September 2016 in Podgorica.
The senior administrative management of the Parliamentary services and secretaries of the Committees discussed types of communication, rules and constraints in communication and active listening. They also practiced preparing both written and verbal presentations for the purposes of their work.
The training courses aim to build the capacity of the personnel and the senior management of the Parliamentary Services. Another objective is to strengthen the development of a sustainable and modern structure, increasing the level of professionalism and fostering good governance standards.
The last course will be held on 13 and 14 October on the topic of conflict management and prevention, negotiation and the conduct of meetings.
